How the waitlist uses your data

What we collect
Only what you send through one of the waitlist forms:
- your work email (required, every form);
- your consent to early-access emails (required checkbox, every form);
- the platforms you tick, and any other platforms or identity provider you type (main form, optional);
- your team size, if you pick one (main form, optional);
- whether you would like a 20-minute call, if you tick it (main form, optional);
- the plan you clicked in the pricing section, if any, and which form you used.
With each submission the page also sends the utm_ parameters of the link you came from (for example, which post you clicked), the page address, the time you submitted and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. Only the email and the consent checkbox are required: without them you cannot join the list. Everything else is optional.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Emails about early access (launch news, the invitation to try it, and the open-source core release if you picked Community): your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given with the checkbox. We keep the time and the wording version as proof of that consent.
- Optional fields and
utm_data, used in aggregate to size demand and decide which platform to support first: our legitimate interest in learning whether the product is worth building and for whom (Art. 6(1)(f)). We only look at totals and do not build profiles. You can object at any time. - The 20-minute call: a separate, optional consent. If you tick it, MoreThanOps may email you to schedule the call.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising or use it for anything else. No decision about you is made by automated means, and there is no profiling.
Who processes it for us

Transfers outside the EU
The site's statistics are stored in Umami's EU region, but Umami Software and Cloudflare are US companies and may process data in the US. For Umami the safeguard is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in its data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (an adequacy decision), with Standard Contractual Clauses in its agreement as well. Form submissions are stored only in the EU, in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction.
Cookies: none
This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. If you click a plan, the page keeps its name in your browser's session storage for that tab only, so the form can send it with your email. It is cleared when you close the tab. Audience measurement uses Umami, which is cookieless and anonymous: it stores nothing on your device and uses no identifier across sites.
How long we keep it
The waitlist is kept until the product launches, and never more than 12 months after you join. We delete your data earlier:
- when you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent;
- after your 20-minute call, for the details used only to schedule it;
- if the launch is dropped, for the whole list.
Umami keeps its anonymous statistics for 6 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, a copy in a portable format, or object to its use (GDPR Arts. 15 to 22). You can withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect what was done before. Email info@morethanops.pro; we reply within one month. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
